This Privacy Policy explains how Dmitrii Valerievich Potapov, an individual operating Veronika Travel (“we”, “us” or the “Operator”), processes personal data when you use veronikatravel.com, purchase a digital product or contact support.

We process the email address you enter before checkout. We may also process technical information automatically generated when you use the website, such as IP address, browser information, requested page, date and time, and security or server logs. If you contact support, we process the information contained in your message.

Payment-card details are entered on Lava.top and are not received or stored by this website.

2. Why we use the data

• to create your Lava.top checkout and email the purchased PDF after successful payment;
• to confirm, administer and support your purchase;
• to prevent abuse, maintain security and diagnose technical problems;
• to comply with applicable legal, accounting and payment obligations.

The primary legal bases are performance of the purchase contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, and compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is required, we rely on your consent.

3. Service providers

We disclose only the data reasonably required for the service concerned:

• Lava.top processes checkout, payment and receipts and sends us the confirmed purchase details needed for delivery under its own terms and privacy notices.
• Hetzner Online GmbH hosts the website and its server infrastructure.
• Zoho provides the support mailbox and sends transactional product-delivery emails from support@veronikatravel.com.
• Google Fonts may receive technical request data when fonts are loaded by your browser.

These providers may process data in countries other than your own and apply their own lawful transfer safeguards.

4. Retention and security

The checkout endpoint passes your email to Lava.top. After successful payment, Lava.top returns it in the authenticated payment webhook so the purchased PDF can be emailed through Zoho. The application does not intentionally write the buyer email to its logs or delivery database. Transaction data, support correspondence and technical logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. We use HTTPS, restricted server access and protected credentials, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies and marketing

At the effective date, the website does not use advertising cookies or behavioural analytics. We do not sell personal data or use the checkout email for marketing without a separate lawful basis.

6. Your rights
