Dmitrii Valerievich Potapov, an individual operating Veronika Travel (the “Licensor” or “Rightholder”), addresses this public offer to any legally capable individual or legal entity willing to acquire a non-exclusive right to use a digital work through veronikatravel.com (the “Licensee” or “Purchaser”). By completing payment, the Licensee accepts this offer and the Privacy Policy in full.

1. Definitions and subject

The “Work” means the digital PDF selected by the Licensee: the Hotel Upgrade Protocol or the Solo Female Safety Protocol. Under this agreement, the Licensor grants the Licensee a simple, non-exclusive licence to use the selected Work for personal, non-commercial purposes, and the Licensee pays the licence fee displayed on the relevant sales page.

“Acceptance” means the Licensee’s full and unconditional acceptance of this offer by completing 100% payment for the selected Work.

2. Acceptance and payment

The Licensee must provide a valid email address. Payment is processed by Lava.top and its payment partners. The Licensor does not receive the Licensee’s full payment-card details. The agreement is concluded when payment is successfully completed. Any currency conversion or bank fee charged by the Licensee’s provider is the Licensee’s responsibility.

3. Delivery

After successful payment, the Licensor sends the selected Work as a PDF attachment to the email address provided by the Licensee at checkout. Lava.top may also display access information on its paid-content page. The Licensor’s delivery obligation is fulfilled when the email containing the selected Work is accepted for delivery to that address.

4. Licence and permitted use

The Licensee receives a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to download and use the Work for the Licensee’s own non-commercial purposes. Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights remain with the Licensor.

The Licensee may not resell, sublicense, publish, upload, share, reproduce for distribution, remove ownership notices from, or otherwise make the Work available to third parties without the Licensor’s prior written permission.

5. Refunds

Because the Work is digital content supplied immediately after payment, the licence fee is generally non-refundable once access or delivery has begun, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights. If the Work is defective, duplicated, not delivered, or materially different from its description, the Licensee should contact support@veronikatravel.com so the Licensor can investigate and provide access, a replacement or a refund where legally required.

6. Informational nature

The Works provide general educational and travel information. They do not guarantee upgrades, discounts, personal safety or any particular result, and do not replace current instructions from hotels, transport providers, device manufacturers, local authorities, emergency services or qualified professionals. The Licensee remains responsible for the Licensee’s decisions, circumstances and compliance with local laws.

7. Availability and liability

The Licensor takes reasonable care to keep the website and delivery process available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party payment, email or hosting services. To the extent permitted by law, the Licensor is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. The Licensor’s total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the licence fee paid for the Work, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law.

8. Changes and severability

The version displayed when the Licensee completes payment applies to that purchase. The Licensor may update this offer for future purchases. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

9. Governing rules and disputes

This agreement is governed by the mandatory laws applicable to the Licensor and any mandatory consumer protections applicable to the Licensee. The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through written communication. The Licensee retains any right to approach a competent court or consumer-protection authority.
